When You Stop Playing Small— The Sacred Reckoning of Your Radiance

Power isn’t found in fitting in—it’s awakened by finally letting yourself be fully seen.

Poem: Courage

times in life where i'd rather just hide

retreat, avoid and pay no mind

but this situation simply won't go away

and i know in my heart i must be brave

to do the thing i have feared all this time

that have kept me small and worried my mind

looking at me i'm not all that big

and love and kindness i'd much rather give

but in this moment tenacity is asked of me

and i must respond to the cries inside of thee

courage will always be required in the hardest of things

but is built slowly with each day life brings

stemming from the belief in what is right

and gracefully handling the times in which i must fight

digging deep inside my heart and pulling valor out

trusting myself while hushing fearful screams of doubt

it is my hearts turn to lead the way

to speak its mind and emerge its brave

for acting on my courage quickly changes the moment to hope

and the time is finally here to let my brave be known

The Fire You've Been Afraid to Feed

When I was little, I won awards for writing and public speaking.

I didn’t even know my words had that kind of power. People said I had “presence,” a “gift with words,” or I was felt before I even walkend in a room— an energy that couldn’t be ignored.

But what do you do with a gift that both moves people and makes them uncomfortable?

You shrink. You apologize. You second-guess the thing that makes you shine.

And that’s what I did. For years.

Even though I was born with a North Node in Leo.
Even though I’m a 5/1 Manifestor with Gate 31.5, LAX of Informing 2, and Life’s Work 47.5.
Even though I’m a life path 22—a master builder of movements.

If you are not into numerology, astrology, human design, or gene keys— basically, I am built to be big energy to catalyze others into their greatest transformation. The kind that makes you uncomfortable, that sends your skin crawling if you aren’t ready, or makes the inner nagging to jump louder if you are.

I felt this from the time I could remember. But, I still questioned myself. I felt the repelling power of my aura. I saw the discomfort in others. I started to wonder if being “too big” meant being alone, misunderstood, and forever outcast.

I know this resonates deeply in your dna too— because you were never meant to fit into the masses, you were meant to lead them.

A woman in mirror, hair flowing, surrounded by light—capturing the essence of creative fire, radiance, and fearless emergence.

What I Now Know (and So Do You)

What I didn’t realize then—but do now—is that my big energy isn’t a flaw.

It’s an invitation. A sacred permission slip for others to rise, too.

Through astrology, numerology, Human Design, and Gene Keys, I found language for what I had always felt:
I was never meant to blend in. And neither were you.

You aren’t here to conform, be palatable, or stay inoffensive.

You are here to illuminate. To lead. To liberate.
But only when you finally allow your fire to be seen.

And neither of us even need the validation of all of these reaffirming modalities— we just need to align to that intuition that keeps calling us towards our greatness.

The Spell of Smallness Is Breaking

This Upcoming Leo New Moon doesn’t want your compliance.

It wants your courage. It wants your radiance. It wants the part of you that has always known you were born for something bigger—even if you tried to silence it.

So let’s break the spell:

No more scarcity disguised as humility.
No more silence disguised as peacekeeping.
No more playing small when your soul was made to spark revolutions.

You’re not just allowed to shine—you’re required for the reckoning.

Sacred Divinity. Sovereignty. Stewardship. Prosperity.

These aren’t just buzzwords. They’re the new paradigm. But they require something of you: your presence. Your bravery. Your voice.

This Leo New Moon isn’t just about setting intentions. It’s about activating your role in the collective transformation.
It’s about aligning your authentic identity with your sacred service.

Because the world doesn’t change through compliance. It changes when one person—fully aligned, deeply nourished, wildly sovereign—says: I will no longer hide.

That person is you. To sum up perfectly what you must do…

“My darling girl, when are you going to realize that being normal is not necessarily a virtue? It rather denotes a lack of courage." -Aunt Frances, Practical Magic

This quote strikes like lightning because it calls out a truth we’ve all felt but feared to say:

Normalcy is not the goal. It’s the cage.

You weren’t made for normal. You were made for divine alignment—the kind that sets your whole being ablaze with purpose.

And when you finally stop shrinking to be liked, palatable, or unthreatening, you begin to remember the truth:

Divinity is Your Anchor

When you align with your divinity—your soul essence, your blueprint, your design—you stop seeking permission from the outside world. You stop trying to earn your worth through performance. You remember: you were chosen by Source, on purpose, for a purpose.

From this place, you meet your sovereignty.

Sovereignty is Your Structure

Sovereignty isn’t about hierarchy or dominance—it’s about holy integration.

It’s the sacred convergence of your:

  • Weirdness (the part that never fit in)

  • Gifts (the part you almost gave up on)

  • Soul essence (the quiet truth that never stopped whispering)

  • Mission (the reason you know you’re here, even if it’s still forming)

Sovereignty is the moment you stop fighting your design and start fiercely honoring it.

Stewardship is Your Role

From that place of alignment, you begin to steward change. Not force it. Not chase it. Not manipulate it. You lead it—by embodying the very frequency you wish to see in the world.

You don’t need to be everything to everyone.

You need to be fully you, and from that place, the ripple effect begins. Stewardship is your service. And when you're in service to truth, you are supplied.

Prosperity is Your Inheritance

Not just money—though that comes too.
But a prosperity of peace.
A wealth of meaning.
An overflow of alignment.
A life that finally feels like yours—not one you’re borrowing or performing.

True prosperity flows through purpose, not pressure.

You don’t have to be normal. You have to be true.

Let this Leo New Moon be your rebirth into that truth.

Because the second you stop striving to be liked…
You become unshakably magnetic.

And that, my love, is how you rise.

Soul Actions to Ignite Your Bigness

These practices aren’t about doing more. They’re about remembering who you already are. Choose one each day or do them all in a sacred ritual session.

1. Claim the Part of You You’ve Silenced

How to do it: Find a quiet moment. Close your eyes. Breathe deeply. Ask:

“What part of me have I been afraid to let the world see?”

It might be your wild ideas, your intuitive gifts, your joy, your rage, your boldness.

Action: Say it aloud. Write it in your journal. Stand in front of a mirror and affirm:

“I see you. I honor you. I will no longer hide you.”

2. Make a Power Statement (Not a Goal List)

How to do it: Instead of asking what do I want to achieve?, ask:

“Who am I ready to become?”

Let your future self guide you—not through pressure, but through vision.

Action: Write or speak the sentence:

“I am ready to embody the version of me who…”

Finish it boldly. Example:

“…speaks her truth without apology, leads with clarity, and lives in radical self-trust.”

3. Build a Bravery Altar

How to do it: Create a small, sacred space that reflects your essence. Include items that remind you of your power—like:

  • A lion (Leo energy)

  • A photo of your younger self

  • A quote, crown, candle, or crystal

  • A symbol of your voice (mic, pen, throat chakra stone)

Action: Each morning, light a candle and say:

“My presence is powerful. I am safe to be seen. I lead with heart, and I rise with courage.”

Return to your altar whenever you need grounding or a reminder of who you truly are.

Being Seen Isn’t Vain—It’s Sacred

We’ve been taught that shining is arrogance.

That confidence is conceit.
That taking up space is disruptive.
That expressing your truth is “too much.”

But those are lies built by systems that fear empowered voices—especially empowered women.

The truth?

Being seen isn’t vanity. It’s a reckoning. It’s how you start reclaiming your power.

It’s how your voice activates. It’s how your creativity ignites. It’s how your mission takes form and your leadership becomes legacy.

When you allow yourself to be visible—fully, boldly, unapologetically—you shift from hiding to heralding. You stop shrinking to soothe others’ discomfort and start expanding to meet your soul’s calling.

You become clear. You become courageous. You become captivating—not by force, but by frequency.

And that’s when real transformation begins.

Because when you stop silencing your spirit to survive, you begin leading with love. Not for approval. Not for applause. But for alignment.

You speak truth with warmth. You inspire through embodiment. You lead through presence—not pressure.

This is how we change the world: By showing up fully lit from within. Not dimmed. Not diluted. But divinely turned on.

Ponder the Question & Parable

What part of your divine identity have you been negotiating in order to be accepted—and what would happen if you finally said yes to it instead?

Let this question sit in your cells. Return to it when you feel the urge to smallen, silence, or stagnate in scarcity and lak. Your answer will guide your courage.

The Parable of the Hidden Torch

There once was a girl born with a torch in her chest.

It didn’t burn her. It warmed her. It didn’t blind others. It beckoned them closer.
But the world she was born into loved dimness.

They told her the torch was dangerous. Distracting. Too bright. Too bold. Too “look at me.”
So, little by little, she covered it. With modesty. With niceness. With compliance.

She kept the flame hidden beneath layers of shame, until one day—it nearly went out.

That’s when an elder appeared. She didn’t knock or call. She simply arrived.

She looked into the girl’s eyes and asked, “What are you waiting for?” The girl whispered, “Permission.”

The elder smiled with fire in her gaze and said, “You weren’t born with that torch to light your own way in secret.
You were born to set a thousand others ablaze.” And with that, she disappeared.

The girl sat in silence, hands over her heart. And for the first time in years, she let the flame rise.

Not because she was ready. But because she remembered, she was never meant to live dimly in a world waiting for light.

Your light was never meant to be hidden—it was meant to lead. Now is the time to rise, radiant and unafraid and unbound by anything.

Until next time, my love, f’ em, you’ve got your fire to spread,
